TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN ADOPTION YOU MUST:
- Be at least 21 years old with a valid ID (showing current address) & consent of all adults in your household.
- Provide contact name & number for veterinarian for current pets (Please inform veterinarian a representative from Four Legs Good will be contacting them & you give permission to speak with us.)
- Provide contact names and number for 3 references (not related to applicant family)
- If rent – Provide contact name and number for Landlord.
- Understand that completing this application does NOT guarantee adoption and that “RG CARES” Animal Shelter and consultants Four Legs Good, Inc. must approve your application.
