Barn or supervised outdoor homes give healthy feral cats food, water and shelter. These can be barns, stables, sheds, garages or other warm and safe structures. We will work with you regarding how many cats, the temperament of the proposed cat, and steps to acclimate them safely. In return you get rodent control, and the pleasure of helping an outdoor cat who is in an unsafe situation. Many of our cats are friendly but not able to live indoors with full time human contact.
Trappers. The trapping times are flexible and we will happily train you by having you assist our experienced trappers. It’s your choice if you want to only trap, or trap and hold until the clinic day.
Fundraising. We are a non profit all volunteer organization that receives no county funding or other grants. That means that those caretakers who can’t pay the spay/neuter fee or have a very large colony need our financial help. We never want to turn away people looking to do the right thing for the colony but can't afford it.
Some ideas to help with fundraising include assisting with a planned event; have a donation box in a business; posting a fundraiser on your social media; grant writing or seeking donations from stores or manufacturers.
